Capers
Capers are the pickled blossoms of the caper bush (Capparis spinosa). They can be used as recipe ingredients, but we present them already pickled and ready to eat as an appetiser. Capers have a high nutrition value as they are rich in proteins, oils, and fibre. They have a sharp flavour reminiscent of pepper and can be used as a condiment.
